What to do
- Organization and optimization of testing processes at all stages of development
- Creating test plans, risk assessment during release preparation, distribution of tasks between testers of the project
- Managing a distributed team of testers on the project
- Evaluation of QA team performance
- Directly testing the game
- Participating in the hiring process, conducting technical interviews, providing feedback
Требования
- Experience of 2 years or more as a QA Lead
- Experience with Unreal Engine
- Higher technical education
- Experience in mobile GameDev projects
- Experience in managing a team of 5+ members
- Experience in active communication with representatives of different development and testing departments, willingness to do a lot of communication
- Knowledge and understanding of client-server software architecture
- A plus will be having extensive gaming experience on different platforms: PC, Consoles, Mobile.
